Do NOT Use Public Storage Unless You Have No Other Option!! While this Public Storage facility is clean, well-lit, and physically well-maintained, the business practices, customer service, and professionalism are extremely concerning. This location is very large and operates with two offices—one in the front and one in the rear. While the initial visit was to the front office. The staff there appeared polite, welcoming, and professional. We were shown the unit, our questions were answered, and the overall interaction seemed positive. Based on that experience, we decided to move forward with renting a unit. However, when we returned to finalize the rental, we were directed to the rear office, and that is where the experience took a sharp and disappointing turn. We were assisted by a Relief Manager named Karina (not the Property Manager). (Short female wears glasses and head gear) From the beginning, Karina’s demeanor was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. Throughout the rental process, we were met with inconsistent information, a lack of transparency, and what we believe to be dishonest sales practices. Specifically: • We were misinformed about the lock, being led to believe it was mandatory when it is not. • We were pressured regarding insurance, being told we “must” purchase their insurance, only to later be told that if we have renters insurance, we do not have to use their provider (Orange Door Insurance). • When we requested clarification or asked for District or Regional Manager contact information to escalate my concerns, she either avoided the request or refused to provide it. This behavior created unnecessary stress and frustration and made the entire process feel deceptive and manipulative rather than professional and customer-focused. A storage facility is supposed to provide security, trust, and peace of mind. Instead, we were left feeling disrespected, misled, and taken advantage of. No customer should feel uncomfortable or pressured while trying to secure storage for their personal belongings. It is extremely disappointing that such a well-maintained facility is undermined by poor management practices and unprofessional staff behavior. We would strongly advise anyone considering this location to be very cautious, ask detailed questions, and get everything in writing—or better yet, explore other storage options first. Public Storage corporate should seriously review this location’s management practices, staff training, and customer service standards.

Went to get a storage unit last minute. Mrs. Melissa was very accommodating and professional. The whole process was completed in less than 20 minutes. That includes showing me the actual unit. She is very knowledgeable and the rates are perfect. I highly recommend this place.

I signed up easily. There are many ways including calling over the phone, online and in person. I decided to call over the phone. The automated system was easy to follow to a live sales representative who assigned me to a unit. I was sent verification emails and text. Afterwards, I was asked for payment and was then offered move in. This month’s special deal is $1 move in + $29 administration fee. You must also pay for the provided lock. Which came to $, you have the option to return it. Renter assessable. This storage building is very clean. I have yet to see any debris. The building is secure with codes to each door, including the bathroom, and security cameras. I am giving them 5 stars. I have yet to find any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful.
