I recently had a situation and called into the office for assistance. Lisa was very kind and professional from the first hello. She asked what she could do to help me, and within minutes, it was resolved. I was extremely pleased and appreciative of her level of customer service skills. I highly recommend asking for her, to handle your storage needs.

I’m new to Antioch and needed storage. Public Storage is close by so I decided to try them. When I walked in Jasmin greeted me kindly and offered help right away. She was very efficient with her work and answered all my questions. When she showed me the unit the outside was tidy and kept which I really liked. Ended up renting that day! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend renting from her.

Daya was a pleasure to have as a property manager, always available for questions and concerns, always keeping the property clean and helping choose which size unit I needed. outside of poor communication from the district and regional manager this property is one of the best public storages I’ve ever dealt with.
