Public Storage

Went today with my father who only speaks Spanish.The manager Desiree communicated very well and was very helpful. Not everyday that they have someone who is bilingual. Great costumer service, will be coming back👍

Great facility as far as security and cleanliness. I'd have to give it a negative review for performance, The issues I tend to run across are that there is no one really at the office or on site ever since they got rid of Jessica. She was on top of everything and would walk around the facility to check on things. Now it's so difficult to find anyone for help with just about anything, making a payment at the office, gate access, lock issue, can't get a hold of anyone to help for anything, can't get answers since no one is there. This isn't just at the Garvey location, seems like it's the issue with public storage in general. I've had a storage space through them for over 10+years, and for a few years now, I've had issues since they cut down on employees.

Appreciate very much how Isaac was able to help me out especially right now that I'm having a difficult time been renting here for a long time customer service has always been awesome
