The lady at the front desk was very very helpful. I was carrying some stuff out and she opened the door for me. I really appreciated it.

I had an issue and had to speak with the manager. Dante was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped get my issue resolved right away. The next time I need to use a storage location I will definitely be back.

I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Erica and Heather at CubeSmart in downtown Baltimore, right behind Mercy Hospital. Their sunny attitudes and commitment to cleanliness are just delightful! And thank goodness they booted that tenant who thought my lock was a petting zoo! Seriously, if you’re leaving negative reviews because you’re breaking into other people’s storage units, maybe you should rethink your life choices. Cheers to Erica and Heather for keeping us all safe and happy! No More Khiary
