A day after I scheduled my move in, I went to review the size and accessibility of the unit. As I was heading to my storage I saw 2 mice. One was running around and the other one was dead right in front of the entrance to my unit. I went up to the front desk and was told this is very common even though my unit was inside. She gave me the information to Dante Hall whom she said was the property manager because she couldn’t issue me a refund. I called several times leaving voicemails to no avail. Today I spoke with the a representative for the unit and was told that because I signed a contract that I would not be getting a refund. I explained that I never signed a contract that stated mice and rodents would and should be expected. The person hung the phone up on me. I’m appalled at the customer service and will be calling back/emailing and whatever I have to do until I get answers. Please see the picture I took of the dead mouse for proof.

Sylvia is an amazing person she should be more than a property person. She's knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help customers! Very friendly and clean store.

The place is great and the property manager was able to get me a decent deal for my cousin
