I don’t understand why more people aren’t talking about how the main doors and elevators are always broken. I chose a unit near the double doors for convenience, but I constantly have to use a single, non-automatic door at the far end of the facility. It’s a huge inconvenience, especially when trying to move things alone. The lack of reliable access makes renting here much more difficult than it should be.

Property refused to post signage relating to both elevators being down, waste of my time to even try, attendant unhelpful and rude. Not to even mention the constant issues with doors and elevators being down (first time both were down at the same time), property management is never in office and when they are they are consistently rude and unprofessional.

After a chaotic 48-hour stretch, I arrived exhausted and stressed, just hoping to find a storage unit and a little peace. What I found instead was Mr. Vincent — a true gem of a manager. From the moment I walked in, his kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor made all the difference. He took the time to show me different unit options before I made a decision, which I deeply appreciated. His friendliness and patience helped turn a very difficult day into a manageable one. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Mr. Vincent does. Thank you, Mr. Vincent, for going above and beyond — you brought me the peace of mind I didn’t even know I needed. You’re amazing!
