The customer service is great and the storage unit is okay. The issue is they don’t tell you every six months they will raise your rent. I’m paying $130 more than what I initially signed up for. They have had 3 rent increase in a year and a half. If you rent here just know they will continue to raise your rent by 50+ dollars every 6 months

Nick has been awesome! He is one of the best storage managers I have ever had. He is always available when I call or returns calls. He runs a clean and tight ship! Great job Nick! You and your crew are Great!

I honestly pay a little more than said budget with Public Storage, but I continue to patronize this establishment because Miss Laura is adorable ! She’s the sweetest little lady and always call with a courtesy call if I am a little late so that I can avoid the fees if possible ! My unit has been safe , the grounds are always kept clean and well lit ! Thanks guys for all that you do !
