I spoke with Soby on 1/14/26 who helped me get a promotional rate on my unit to avoid a huge increase. I told her I'm unemployed right now, so this discount makes a huge difference to me. She wished me luck in my job search and said she hopes things get better for me soon. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this location.

If I could give zero reviews for my experience at Public Storage yesterday morning, I would. I met a very friendly staff person named Sophie. I asked about car storage and she told me there were no spaces available and I asked to see where they store the cars, She took me to the garage area and answered my questions. Back in the office she offered to show me the Public Storage app on my phone to find nearby places that might have car space availability. Sophie (?) asked for my phone, and I stupidly handed it over to her. She asked for my zip code. I could see her looking at Public storage sites on an app and she kept chatting with me, asking questions. A few hours later, I got an email from Public Storage thanking me for my 5 star review of my experience and also a nice shout out "Thanks Soby". Soby used my phone fraudulently to give her company and herself an outstanding review! I had to check my bank account and other accounts to make sure nothing else was tampered with. Please don't be naive (dumb) like me and hand your phone over to Soby/Sophie at Public Storage or anywhere else.

Alexis was amazing good with details and answered all the questions and silly questions I had for renting a storage this is the type of service that should be in every storage place she was great an had a good energy and did everything with a smile thank you Alexis😊
