Customer service at property is almost perfect . Fatima and Reckeda were very helpful and nice. Place is always cleaned and rodent free. I’ve stored at this location numerous times and always been a very happy customer . Thank you young ladies for all your hard work

Seems like a scam. Says “you are locked in at this price and we won’t raise it” then says in the contract “we will raise the price whenever we want.” I then made a phone call to say I’m not sure I am comfortable with this, thinking the “good customer service” that people received in the reviews would try to explain those terms to me, and all she said was “ok I will cancel” and abruptly hung up the phone. So rude.

Stopped by for a tour, led by a very nice staff member - Rakhida (apologies if misspelled!). We will be renting here if needing a storage unit, it has a great location, plenty of parking, and everything seemed very clean.
