Abu does amazing customer service. I had a wonderful experience at this Public Storage at Bethpage. He is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's rare to find this level of customer service today! Highly recommend!!

I went in just to compare the price with others in the area. I was greeted by Damon. He was extremely helpful showing me different sizes lockers. I was very indecisive and went back to 2 lockers multiple times. He never once got aggravated. He just walked me back over. Again I was just pricing things out. But due to the great customer service I decided to use this facility.

This is my first experience renting a storage unit and Abu has made everything so smooth and easy! Any issues (few and far between and totally understandable) have been resolved super quickly and satisfactory. Everything is always clean and well-lit. Every other client I talk to say the same positive things! Would 100% recommend, especially when Abu is working (which I'm pretty sure is 24/7/365 😂) Thanks Abu! Patrick 🍀
