I want to thank all the ladies at the Gould Dr. location in Shreveport. I spoke to several individuals who all helped make my move in process smooth. They were extremely helpful when I needed to change my move in date and continued communicating with me. I'm very pleased that I chose this location. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Mrs. Connie is absolutely wonderful! She is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the whole process simple and stress-free. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel confident about storing my belongings here. What in the world would i do without Connie & Enissa the most efficient, courteous and professional onsite managers i have come across! I look forward to my monthly bill because of these two!
