My experience was great. Dealing with Elaine I was able to save my money. She addressed my concerns and helped find the right unit for what I needed. Great customer service on her part. I would recommend public storage because of the great service provided by Elaine. Thank you Elaine

If I can leave 0 stars I would, there don’t give you all the information; you would follow there instructions and it’s always something, they don’t help you; my unit was filled with rat feces and had mold and as soon as I file a claim, “new” rules they never informed me about stopped me from finishing and filling the claim. They even had a dead rodent right outside the doors.

New customer and I was very pleased with the knowledgeable, fast and friendly service provided by Anthony. He answered all of my questions with a smile, and his colleague Elaine was funny and helpful as well. I would most certainly recommend this public storage location to all my friends and family.
