My company ran into a little problem this month with cutting and remitting monthly payments on time. Mihila called and was very professional about reminding us that the payment was not timely. We promptly dropped the check off. Surprisingly Mihila called to thank us for making the payment. After explaining our dilemma, Mihila was able to reduce the late fees and offered a short term reduction in fees. Unheard of and a welcoming offer. Thanks Mihila. Mihila was very helpful with assisting me with my move. I was taken to see the unit sizes and informed of fees beforehand. I gave this review 5 stars because the customer service was great and it didn't take a long time to complete.

The on site manager Mihila went the extra mile to meet us at property prior to renting so we could make sure all meet our needs. He even walked us through all the details step by step. Very friendly and professional! Greatly appreciated!
