Public Storage

I visited two storage facilities. Both were clean, well managed, and similar in price. I had two great options to choose from. After leaving the second facility I happened to pass by Public Storage on Redwood in Castro Valley so I went in and was immediately greeted by Malika. It was equally clean and well kept as the previous two but slightly higher in price per month. What made this location stand out from the rest was the superior customer service. Malika was hands down the deciding factor on where I eventually chose to store my valuable belongings. Malika was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and quick. She provided the kind of customer service you rarely see nowadays. I have no problems whatsoever spending a little bit more for great service. It was worth every penny. Thank you so much Malika.

don’t believe the reviews! overpriced storage and ZERO SECURITY whatsoever. helping a friend load items here and noticed a SQUATTERS NEST!! Absolutely unacceptable, it’s like no one here walks the premises and does security checks. Now i can confidently cross “Public Storagel off my list of considerable storage businesses. I’d give 0 stars if i could! Shame!
