Public Storage

Public storage in Citrus Heights on Sylvan has mice. Everything in my unit is covered in feces. I have pictures. The on site person does not care nor was she surprised to hear this. She had an oh well attitude. I will have to throw away most of my belongings. And worse I have to touch everything in there to move it. I wish i could leave a negative rating.

This is for the Sylvan road front desk girl Camilla. She told me, and showed me the cost of everything. Which includes a $15 insurance fee. My total cost is $69 a month and has been the same for a few payments. I'm grateful for the honesty and good customer service. Once I had trouble remembering my code and she helped me out. Nice, easy, hassle free. -Thanks Camilla!

By far one of the most cleanest and friendliest storage facilities in greater Sacramento. Malia does a great job making me feel safe and comfortable. She regularly is seen walking the grounds making this facility staying and looking like brand new. Thanks Malia for all your help and keeping us up to date on any new regarding the facility. Again excellent crew over there!
