after multiple visits I decided to rent here. Nicole was so sweet and honest. She gave me the opportunity to ask many questions and gave me the answers I needed. This is a wonderful place the customer service was amazing. 1 employee inpitculer, I believe her name was Nancy, Amazing customer service, she really went the extra mile to answer all my questions, she also helped me install the app on my phone & showed me how to use it, she even walked me to my unit to show me where it was. I wish I could get the wonderful experience I encountered with her at your company, In every place I go the world would be a better place!! Thank-you Nancy Public Storage is lucky to have such a hard worker as well as a wonderful person. I would give you 20 stars 5 just isn't enough. Hope to see you again soon. JW
