AAA Quality Self Storage

I recently rented a unit and was initially unsure about what I had reserved. Angie was incredibly helpful she took the time to show me other available options and helped me find the one that best suited my needs. She answered all my questions thoroughly and even introduced her coworker to me, who was also friendly and welcoming. The facility looks very clean and well-maintained, which made a great impression. They also have a water station inside the office - perfect for staying hydrated after moving in or organizing your storage space.

The ONLY thing anyone can find wrong with this place is the fact that we can't get access to our storage 24hrs a day. BUT location is good. Clean facility. Good prices. Storage is well secured. Good service. Thank you, Susanna and Angie, for always being so helpful, respectful, professional, and always being so nice. Even to customers that are too entitled to deserve it, to say the least.

Recently rented a unit from this place and while all my interactions with the office staff have been fine, dealing with their call center reps has been less than satisfactory. Specifically, when I called to finish signing up, my call was routed to their call center rather than the onsite office. The phone rep seemed eager to sign me up and made promises like having the admin fee waived if I signed up for auto-pay. They also promised the first three months at a promotional rate. This agent did not follow through and I had to follow up to get the admin fee credited to next month’s bill and further, the manager was unwilling to honor the three month promotional discount that the call center rep promised. Otherwise, I chose this place because they had drive-up access to their units. Not great, but not the worst business I’ve dealt with.
