Self-Storage at U-Haul

I have held rental with U-Haul storage for over 20 yrs at this location. I had the upmost confidence in keeping my most personal belongings in this temperature controlled storage & when I finally emptied out everything, I realized everything was still intact & most belongings in excellent condition! Of the ones that weren't, it was due to my choice not to keep them stored in better containers, boxes or wrapped properly. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional support of the manager Ynez at the Covina location & the employees who helped me rent a van to haul away my belongings. Everything went smoothly & I closed my storage with some sadness, but also grateful for the protection of my most precious items from my childhood, career & current lifestyle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this U-Haul storage for storage & vehicle rentals to all who need one! Thank you again & I look forward to writing a Google review & Yelp for this location very soon!

Mr. Erick and a lady in customer service are friendly, helpful and with a very professional attitude. They make you feel welcome and very well taken care of, you feel a warm, safe and trustworthy atmosphere in this branch, I would definitely use their facilities again!
