Avery was incredibly helpful! I had a complicated issue and she took her time to help me figure it out. She was extremely patient and kind. I highly recommend this location, not only because it is clean and easy to access, but if you need assistance, you are in great hands with Avery!

I have been a customer since 2020 and have seen several changes in ownership. The facility is nice, but ever since Public Storage took over, they have raised rates frequently, and in huge increments. The latest increase went from $220 to $280 for a 10x10! To add insult to injury, I went on the website and saw that they are renting these exact 10x10 units to new customers for $95!!! So much for being loyal to long time customers. New customers beware - they will jack up your rates as fast as they can.

Avery was very helpful when I came to Public Storage on Slocum Street. I had not rented a storage unit in a while and she took the time to show me different size units. I showed up near closing and Avery was still very polite and courteous. She answered all of my questions. I returned the next day and Avery still had a very pleasant demeanor. The rental process was quick and easy. My unit is clean, elevators are working, there was a cart to use to help transport my belongings. The ease of the app to unlock gates and use the elevator went very smoothly.
