Thank you Kirstie!!!I had a great experience at the Public Storage on Canton. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure. The staff was friendly, professional, and patient—everything was explained clearly, and the process was quick and stress-free. Access was easy, and I felt confident leaving my belongings here. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage with great customer service.

We were not informed at the strict no entry policy after 10. Left the storage open and came downstairs to grab final items at 9:50 Tried to get back in at 10:02 and even called the emergency after hours help line telling them how we have valuables worth over 10k in the hallway and our storage wide open and were told they have an emergency access code but are unwilling to provide this code to us. Very upsetting as our important things are sitting in the hallway on safe and signing up for the storage was all virtual so you don’t get detailed breakdowns or access restrictions among other things. If we haven’t moved most of our things in we would definitely be canceling. And I would not be recommending a storage facility to refuses to help their new customers in cases of emergency especially in a 2-5 minutes time span of the closing hours.

I came in needing to do a storage switch, and Ms. Maria was absolutely amazing! I started to panic thinking I wouldn’t get everything completed in time or have the storage unit rented or transferred. But she went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness made everything so smooth. Customer service was through the roof! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Maria, for your outstanding service you truly made my day!
