Everything was ready for me — the app worked great, I got text updates, my lock was ready, and my unit was ready when I arrived. They really have this down to a science. They are a little pricey in my opinion, but I had an emergency and needed storage fast. I chose them because I used them before and knew it would be smooth — and it was! Thank you for making a stressful moment so easy. 😊

What an extremely, wonderful experience I had! Brenda, the manager, provided me with professional care and was very personable! Brenda answered all my questions, was very patient and overall took very good care of me.
