I want to give a huge thank-you to Mr. Vic for his outstanding customer service. We had already gone through a stressful day trying to find the right storage unit, and he turned everything around for us. He was patient, helpful, and made the whole process feel simple instead of overwhelming. The property is easy to access, the units are well-kept, and the pricing is clear. But honestly, it was Mr. Vic’s attitude, professionalism, and kindness that made this location stand out. When you’re moving or juggling a lot, great customer service means everything and he delivered that and more. Highly recommend this Public Storage location, especially if you want someone who actually cares about helping you. Thanks again, Mr. Vic!

Shelia is the best!! I’ve been a customer for a few years now and Shelia has always gone above and beyond for me from payment issues to courtesy calls. Just all around excellent customer service. If she is not sure how to… she will definitely find out and return my calls the same day.. She keeps me in the loop about Florida weather and I keep her in the loop of Massachusetts weather lol SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!!

Having to get a unit due to life hitting us all at once and after dealing with enough already we were greeted by THE MOST SWEETEST understanding woman, Sheila at public storage here. She was up front about costs, explained everything, no bullshitting, and made it very easy to get a unit. She was great to talk to not about just storage but about anything. She is really an EMPATHetic sweet person and I'm very happy to have crossed paths with her. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you.
