Excellent Customer Service from Eremi! I recently spoke with Eremi over the phone and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the different storage unit options and helped me figure out which one would work best for my needs. Eremi was pleasant, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. Even over the phone, his friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location and Eremi for outstanding customer service!

After a long day I’m here to leave Eremi a review. My husband opened a new account and Eremi was awesome! His professionalism was impressive, especially how he multitasked between the phone and assisting me with the access gate and teaching us how navigate to Public Storage app which you helped me download. He left a great impression on me, and I'm very pleased with Public Storage and the great people they have working there. Great smile, beautiful hair, and he brings a cozy, family business vibe.
