Joshwa,The manager of Public Storage at 400 W Center Ave Denver, CO, is very professional, polite, capable, and competent. He cares about the facility and it is impeccable. He runs a very efficient and safe storage business. Thank you Joshua for making our moving experience better than usual.

We rented a parking spot here for a work van. We were promised by customer service that the lot was secured/gated, but the gate has been broken and propped open the entire time we’ve rented there. Our van was recently broken into on their property and they suggested I file a claim with our insurance since we didn’t buy the insurance that no one told us about. I responded that insurance has nothing to do with the negligence of leaving their property unsecured and not fulfilling their obligation to provide what we purchased- a locked/secured spot. We have never been able to find a property manager onsite when we’ve needed help. I’ve always been told “they are onsite, but probably in the back or something.” In fact, the day we found our van broken into, we couldn’t find onsite help at 9:30 a.m. on a Tuesday. I spent 1-2 hours trying to get ahold of customer service and they said to leave our van onsite for 72 hours so the property manager could investigate the situation. I told them that was impossible since our window was smashed open, the gate was still open and snow was forecasted, but they insisted that was the process. I emailed the Public Storage supervisor twice and have received no response. This was the worst storage facility I have ever experienced.

Omg. Bradley is the best employee ever!! He has graciously, kindly, and in a timely manner helped me out a few times with things I need to do every time I call. I highly recommend this location for your storage!
