I’ve recently gone through a very big life change, and this process hasn’t been easy — but James and Yolanda have been incredibly supportive, and compassionate every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism means more to me than they probably realize. This is a great team, and I’m so grateful for the help and care they’ve shown me. The manager is cool. You might think he doesnt like you at first, but he does. Awesome guy and always sooo helpful. Ive had everything from losing my keys to units to having corporate up my rent when I couldn't afford it and he always helps with advice or what you need to do. He needs a raise. He even does some maintenance around the building. Definitely knows what hes doing.

I’ve had a great experience at this storage facility. Every time I stop by, the place is clean, organized, and feels safe. You can tell the staff really takes pride in keeping the property in top shape. James, the manager, is always professional and easy to work with. He explains things clearly, answers questions without rushing you, and makes the whole process straightforward. I also want to highlight Yolanda—she’s consistently friendly and does an amazing job keeping the grounds spotless. She’s usually the first person I see when I’m there, and she always makes sure everything looks good and that the area feels secure. It’s rare to find a facility where the team actually cares, but this one definitely does. Overall, I’m really impressed with the level of service and attention to detail here. If you’re looking for a storage place that’s clean, safe, and well-managed, this is a great spot.
