Extra Space Storage

What an unexpectedly great experience… Well, I was in need of a last minute storage unit near cap hill and I knew about this place from when I lived near it before. I’ve never actually used a storage space before but I gotta say, from the call to their headquarters, to dealing with all of the staff here (Allison, Ethan, Omar) everyone was beyond my expectations of kind, courteous, genuine, and professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future and appreciate everyone for taking care of me. Oh also, it was only $30 for this unit for the first month, so definitely a great value

This will be my go to storage building as long as I’m in Denver. Booking the unit was very easy & smooth. Store members are always on sight & ready to help no need to wait for anyone. Not only that Allison has always been very helpful. There were times where I couldn’t come up with the payment & she always tried to work with me as much as she could. Not only that but she understood my situation & didn’t treat me as a client but as a person. The whole facility made me feel welcome & comfortable. So much that I’m actually on my way over there to book another storage unit. (Also because I’m not comfortable staying where I’m at so I’m leaving that place lol ) . ps Allison is very beautiful she should let me buy her a drink 🫣

Allison and Astro are amazing! Update: My unit was broken into a couple of weeks ago but the staff didn't know since the thieves didn't actually break the glass doors to get in. Allison has been very helpful in the process of filing police reports and working with the police to figure out who the thieves were that broke in. Thank you all for great customer service and providing a clean location for storage. Out of the 3 years that I've been here, outside of the recent robbery, we've never had any issues with any uncleanliness and any issues are fixed immediately. Bonus points: They have a big parking lot. Of course there can be a price hike, but in Downtown Denver it is expected. I am sure the city is constantly raising the price of the building's property tax, same with renting an apartment. Added photos of break in.
