I had a great experience thanks to Michelle at Public Storage. She was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Michelle took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The facility was clean and well-organized, and her customer service really stood out. Highly recommend—Michelle is amazing at what she does!

While our experience with Michelle at Public Storage in Dublin was truly outstanding, we were ultimately forced to leave because of the company's aggressive rental increases. Michelle went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and maintain a very clean facility. She even tried to help us by holding off the increase for a short time. We are only vacating because of the cost, not because of the service, and we are disappointed that the company's pricing policy prevented us from staying.

Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful in describing all of spaces and their advantages. And also pointed out some accessories for storage that I had not considered.
