First time visiting and driving a U-haul. I walked into the office on a rainy night asking them where my unit number was and a kind woman got up from her seat to give a quick rundown and leveled with me saying, "it could be kind of scary your first time, but you got this!" I was pretty nervous and really appreciated how kind she was. She gave me such clear and easy directions that upon walking out I realized, yes I do got this:) Thank you for hiring such a great staff that goes that extra mile.
