He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get service like this these days. Do not rent here under any circumstances. Been renting here for over a year. Started out good. Now, I’m sitting outside - on a Friday during office hours, with no one here, no way to access my business unit, and no way to contact anyone. This is the 4th time this has happened during business hours on a weekday in the last 2 weeks. Save yourself from a fate worse than eternal fiery nightmare of a fate possibly worse than h ell. When you arrive, expect that it will be inaccessible. If you’re in luck, you might be able to get inside. Do not attempt to contact the staff. You will only waste your time. Corporate is impossible to get ahold of, ever. Use AMEX or a card so you can dispute the charges under Reg E/D/F for merchant failure to deliver goods and / or services as promised. You literally may be better off just setting your stuff for storage here on fire and letting it burn wherever that may be legal. Or taking all your stuff to the dump. I’ve never encountered such a terrible situation. you want to store on fire before ever using this location. It is never staffed. Unprofessionally managed. With access unavailable constantly and no communication from office staff 24 hour access means nothing and regular access hours mean nothing. There are a considerable amount of constant maintenance issues despite this being a newer facility. The design of the building has an overhead door in the front and back. It is either constantly broken damaged or otherwise they do not seem to have the ability to keep track of the two carts they have so you’ll need to figure that out for yourself. The facility has many leaks. Do not use this facility.

I’ve been a continuing customer for years. Today I receive outstanding customer service from Dwayne. He was very detailed in explaining the process and made sure there was no hidden communication as far new charges and scheduled move/out dates! This is by far the best customer service I have received from this company. He deserves the best! Will continue to do business!
