Public Storage

I did an online booking for my storage and got to the unit and was lost. Grace stepped in and verified everything for me and went over all the storage information. She even took the time to show me the unit I rented which ended up being too small and without hesitation showed me two more and did a smooth transfer to a bigger unit. Her patience and kindness in helping me figure things out was greatly appreciated. Also got to look around and the facility is clean and well kept.

Kennedy was great! Super friendly and patient throughout the process. Took her time, showed me options, literally asked everything I was storing to make sure it would fit. She took the time to make sure I had everything I need, and helped me with my access code (I hadn’t had breakfast so I was struggling lol). We even got some good laughs! Latoya came and assisted as well, she was very professional. The facility was also very clean, restrooms included. Overall great experience.
