Compass Self Storage

I feel we all know moving can be a pain in the butt! No matter if you’re moving to relocate, vacate or just remodeling… still a pain to disorganize just to get back organized. Ya feel me?! Here’s my stance though my friends, I am moving for work and ughhh the pain in finding a secure storage that isn’t one of those rinkdy’dink- put your stuff here and it’s okay - just to see the facility on the news weeks later b/c some knucklehead was out breaking chains since the gate doesn’t work (or did it ever work?!) .. yea y’all know the type places .. I can feel the head nods that you do know LOL. Well, here at Compass Self Storage Senoia Rd (8335) . . is NOT one of those places. My initial contact with Compass Self Storage was with the call center (I thought it was the office but later found out it was call center LOL) and she was so kind to answer as many questions possible, and referred to facility for those she could not. I was able to obtain the rate advertised and she gave me the run-down about everything else. Totally cool and I somewhat at ease that I made the right choice - however, I still needed to put eyes on the actual facility and unit. Most importantly, if the office staff was not just as on point, I will gladly cancel and try again elsewhere. Upon arrival to facility, I noticed how clean the grounds were and the ease in locating the front office. Walked in and I’m sorry y’all but after a long day of packing, I went straight for the peppermint bowl. I was like a little kid.. smiled and popped it right in my mouth. I’m pretty sure the employee at the front probably thought I was awkward, but actually she laughed and refilled the bowl with tootsie rolls (I grabbed a couple of those too). Yea- at this point, I feel the vibe is vibing here. Team member GM KellyE (don’t forget the E) was and is super awesome. She went over the expectations, the unit, layout, the this-that.. and all the in-between and even explained the fine print. I wholeheartedly appreciate her attentiveness to what the facility/company offer, but most importantly to my needs as a customer to ensure I have indeed selected the right unit. KellyE is very knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. All the doubt I may have had in the little corner of my mind was gone. Once I saw the property and my unit, I was relieved that I had indeed made the right decision. I can rest assured that my items are secured while I am away and I can access them with ease. I recommend CSS Senoia Rd 8335 as choice of storage facility for your personal and business needs. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, facility grounds are well kept, indoor storage grounds are also very well kept, and I feel the security measures are very well exercised and maintained above standard. Their communication is clear, respectful, and solution-oriented, which makes customers feel heard and valued.

Kelley was sooooooo warm and welcoming and so so very helpful! Would definitely recommend this location. Very clean as well! I only rented a moving truck and the process was very smooth and quick! Thank you kellye!
