So far so good. I had a hard time opening the lock. I guess this one is old, But it was very clean.

I believe her name is Grace. If not, I truly apologize! Grace made the difference for me to let go of my qualms and move forward. She skillfully and professionally with great patience walked me through the entire process. She is your asset, a wonderful asset! Thank you, my hat goes off to you!

I moved from another storage place to Ms Lilian’s Storage and not only is the price comparable, but the units are cleaner. The property is cleaner and communication with personnel is exceptional. I have referred their locations to my friends.
