Public Storage

We have worked with this Public storage for about a year and a half now and the experience overall has been very good. First off, the staff there are very nice and will genuinely work with you to iron out any problems. The only problems I have had were some significant rate increases like some of the other reviews talked about, but what I discovered was if you speak to the staff and respectfully request a review of your fees - they will do their best to get you a better rate. I have done this twice with my unit and a unit I rented for my in-laws and in both cases they were able to work out a better rate which I greatly appreciate. As for the unit's themselves, we now have 3 temperature controlled units - two 7.5 x 10 units and one 10x10 unit. They all have been clean, easy to access and the building is typically at a comfortable temperature. Their normal hours are reasonable and for an additional fee you can access your units 24/7 (if you happent to work odd shifts). The grounds are well maintained and I've seen the staff picking up trash and patrolling the outside. If you call and leave a message, they usually call you back that same day. Their app and computer systems can be a little buggy at times, but like a lot of technology, its a work in process. I have never been unable to access my units during their normal business hours. Lastly, I will give a shout out to Terri - who I've dealt with multiple times there and she is always friendly, responsive, courteous and very customer service oriented. She is a very good employee and representative for the company! I see this location currently has a 4.9 out of 5 rating and I think that is quite accurate!

Great experience at the Public Storage location on Britton park in Fishers, IN. We needed to exchange our existing unit with a larger unit. The property manager was very helpful in identifying a suitable unit and then seamlessly completed the transfer. She offered valuable tips on how best to access the unit and explained the changes in payment related to the transfer.

Bryan was an outstanding help throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled smoothly and took the time to address any questions or concerns we had. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist made a significant difference in our experience. Because of Bryan’s dedication and effort, we felt well taken care of and truly had a great overall experience.
