Public Storage

We were very impressed with the Pine Needles Public Storage. (Props to Kay for helping us at the 2nd Loop location!) Clean and safe storage spaces of all sizes that will accommodate all your storage needs. Wanted to thank Taneya for her help getting us signed up on Tuesday. She was helpful and patient as we bumbled our way through the gate, app and lock (lol). User Error! All of the things mentioned were easy - we were just strugglin' that day! Taneya really is one of the best customer service agents I've worked with. She took on my concerns as if they were her own and communicated every step of the way. If I could give her more stars I would.

I’ve used a few storage places before, but this was by far the best experience. Taneya is a rockstar! She was efficient, organized, and made sure I got the best deal possible. Management, if you’re reading this—she deserves a raise! Thanks for all the help.
