USA Storage Centers - Florence

My father and I had a great experience working with Kay on Tuesday. She was straight-forward and displayed excellent customer service. We ended up renting a space at the other location but she was very helpful and accommodating. Very clean campus and safe for any storage needs you may have. We will definitely be back in the future. At the time of rental, the office was unmanned for a period of time. Long distance agent assisted me. He was efficient but not fully knowledgeable about the units. The rental we paid for was supposedly 10x10 which would accommodate the 8 foot pool table I wanted to store. But upon arrival, it was two 5x10 with two door openings. I spoke to representative again and he apologized but couldn’t give me anything else. Also, he didn’t have good information on the lock codes. We spent a long, frustrating time trying different codes. Finally, a code worked but the lock was extremely difficult to open probably due to exposure and age. Next, the unit was full of dirt. We could hardly open the roll up doors because of so much dirt. Would not be able to recommend or use this facility again because of these issues.
