I got this storage unit in September 2025 to put my grandmother's things in. She moved from Alabama to South Carolina & moved her entire house. We got everything in a 10X20 unit on the 'I' section. I was able to rent the until online and downloaded the app for an easy move in date. Everything was great and we've got a new place for my grandmother now, so we moved her things out. Des helped me get the account closed out once we removed everything and was quite helpful and very pleasant with the interaction. My most favorite part of this experience was the app - I could set up monthly auto payments and also use the app to get in and out quickly & smoothly without having to key in the code. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend Des & his staff here. Top notch customer service!
