I’ve rented a storage unit for a while now and I had no complaints about the particular facility. However, the fact that Public storage rises the monthly price continuously with no added benefit and no clear reason why. Secondly, I also think it’s ridiculous that if you move out early, you still have to pay for the full month. There should be a prorated amount if you move out early.

I was a little upset when Public Storage in Frisco raised my rates. There is no contract and I suppose it is there ability to do that. I called and complained about the charge being significantly higher and the attendant I spoke with said she would run it up the flag pole and she did. Within 24 hours or so I received a call back and they weren’t able to give me my initial rate but somewhere right in the middle. Being a tougher time living in America every dollar counts. I appreciated them working with me and I stayed because of it. The facility is clean but does not offer a dumpster to its tenants. I don’t think any of them do but it would be greatly appreciated if they did. Bathrooms are clean and serviceable and the rates are fair. Just pay attention because they may raise them on you when you are not paying attention to the emails. I like how it it climate Controlled and there is even a security guard. They take Covid-19 seriously and will ask you to wear a mask. They are not animal friendly so don’t bring in your pup like I did one time. I was kindly asked to not bring animals in. My dog is a service animal but I have obliged as to not have another incident. I would recommend this location as it is in a well lit area and there is so much security. Let me know what you think of this location.

When designing a storage facility, stamped cobblestone is not the best choice for building entrances it makes moving items unnecessarily difficult. You’ll likely need two or three people to help, since access timers are short and moving things alone is nearly impossible. The only partial positive was that the person I spoke with on the phone was polite, but in-person support was lacking. Overall, I would not recommend this facility for large furniture, multiple boxes, or if you’re using a trailer or large truck, as the layout makes it very inconvenient. The fact that they won’t respond to my post, shows that they are a horrible company to deal with.
