Kelly gave me a call the other day after leaving a survey. She was absolutely outstanding with the information she provided me. Not only was she able to lower my rates on both my units, but she was able to clarify the maintenance work that needed to be done around the facility and assured me that the work orders were submitted and waiting for approval! Highly recommend this place if you need safe and secure storage.

I looked at the pricing and reviews for multiple facilities when I was looking for a storage solution. I noticed at this PS location that the name ‘Amanda’ kept coming up in the review comments. I decided to go with this place several months ago and up until yesterday I was able to handle everything online or via the app. Yesterday I needed help so stopped by the office and got to meet the great Amanda. She is phenomenal. VERY personable and was able to answer several questions and resolve my issues very quickly. Very happy with this location and I referred my sister-in-law to this location as well.

I’ve been storing my belongings at Public Storage for a couple of years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the team has been incredibly accommodating and professional—always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. A huge shoutout to Amanda, the property manager—she is truly wonderful. You can immediately tell she’s passionate about what she does. She runs the property with pride, is always friendly and attentive, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Having someone like her in charge makes a massive difference and builds real trust. What really sets this location apart is how spotless and well-maintained the facility is. Cleanliness matters to me, especially when storing important and personal items, and this place consistently exceeds expectations. Every visit reinforces how well the property is cared for. Most importantly, I feel completely comfortable and confident keeping my things here. It’s secure, organized, and professionally managed. If you’re in the Frisco area and looking for a storage facility you can truly trust—this is the one. Highly recommended.
