Darryl did a fantastic job helping me out. I tried calling, going through the website, nothing was working. When I went into the office Darryl made quick work of my issues. It’s nice getting such helpful support in person despite everything being online now.

Set up for a storage unit today and I had the lovely pleasure of working with Cameron. He was very kind, quick, patient, and knowledgeable. He assisted me through every step and walked me to my unit so i wouldnt get lost. The price was also very decent there compared to other places that tried to offer me the same size unit for 3x the price. If you need a storage unit, I highly recommend the Park Ave location in Gilbert and if your extra lucky you'll get to work with Cameron, who will ensure you are taken care of start to finish. So far a very attentive and polite customer service team overall. When I left messages on voice mail I got responses fairly quickly. Cameron in the office was polite and friendly and helped get some things done with my paper work that saved me a lot of time.
