Clean, Secure & Easy Access Storage Facility Perfect for Local Moves or Long Term Use! Excellent location at a central intersection easy to reach by car through one of the gates, or by foot from the main entrance. The lobby is large, bright, and well organized, with a helpful front desk and supplies for sale such as moving boxes and tape. Wide parking area makes loading and unloading simple, and there are clean elevators with smooth access to all floors. The entire building is temperature-controlled, which keeps your items safe year-round. The staff is friendly, professional and always available for questions. Restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, and everything feels safe and well maintained. A reliable choice for anyone looking for secure storage, easy vehicle access and great service. Highly recommended for both short-term and long-term use!

This place has pretty inaccessible units. When I realized that I couldn’t move into it, I asked the staff, about my options for an upgrade (3-4x the original amount) That was out of my budget, so I asked, “How much would I loose out on if I was to cancel my unit?” I was told, just the $29 admin fee. So I canceled. The staff refunded me for my lock and said management would process my other portion upon review, and she gave me management’s number just in case. Once I canceled, I was trapped in the complex because I couldn’t get out without a gate code, and since I no longer had a unit, no exit. Crazy! Two weeks go by and no refund. So I call the manager and he is so curt with me, no apology for the inconvenience or misunderstanding. Just passive aggression. He says they don’t do refunds and it’s in my contract which he sent over to me immediately. He was right. So now I feel lied to by the staff member I canceled with and cheated out of my money. To be clear, I never moved in, I couldn’t due to the height of the unit and weight of the items I needed stored. However, if I had known that I would still be charged the full price of the unit, the insurance, and the admin fee, I would have put something there and used what my money had paid for. Further reading the contract, it says that for a true termination I need to submit in writing seven days before my contract renews. So my guess is that in about two weeks they would charge me again. I don’t know that for a fact because I’m writing the letter now, but this is information that staff should know when a guest is asking before they make a decision; or at least print me out the contract so I can read it for myself. If you pay for a large unit— nice, if not, watch out, such a scam. Plenty of other options available near by.
