Great storage facility, always clean, well lit and has a large covered driveway area at the entrance which makes it convenient to unload things if it’s raining. Celia who manages this location is always very bright & happy, always willing to help with anything I need. Great customer service on Celia’s part.

Only rented for two days and both days that I went there wasn’t any carts. Very frustrating. Had to return home with all my boxes both days. I don’t see how a location with hundreds of of units only provide so few carts for their customers. Also I paid for 24/7 access to come back and do it after hours since I didn’t have the cart, to realize my location doesn’t provide it. So I do not understand why it even allows to purchase. Just taking people’s money. Other than that, the booking process was easy & smooth & I didn’t have to speak to anyone which I love the convenience of. Just a shame to have had a bad first storage experience. I’m female , 31, with no help. I strongly believe the company should definetly provide more carts for their customers and not allow purchase of 24/7 access to locations that do not even provide 24/7 access.

I suggest that you put extra security around m your units. My unit amongst other in less than a month has been vandalized and belongs have been stolen. Some have stolen everything leaving units empty. Check your units everyday. I hadn’t been there in a month and was told you should’ve gone to check your units more frequently. The lady next to me told me they took belongings that can’t be replace and the insurance in the unit only covers things stolen if you have receipts. And yes very easy of making reservations but at what cost. This is not safe. I wouldn’t rent another unit here ever again and I will not recommend this facility to anyone.
