Public Storage

Started out my rental here a few months ago, and Kent, the property manager, has been so kind. We waited for him to help another customer who seemed like they weren't as comfortable with English and he was VERY patient and understanding with that customer. When it came to our turn, he was also patient with us, explaining all of the details of what we're getting ourselves into, what we can expect, etc. and he's always smiling and waving to us as we enter and exit the property. Love Kent as the property manager!

Tammy was very nice and friendly to us. We went to multiple locations just to find a decent size storage unit and couldn't find what we needed. Tammy walked around to show us different units, answered all of our questions and told us about the all the pros and cons. We called back to ask more questions, Tammy happened to answer the phone and gave us all the answers. She helped us with paperwork and it was fast. This location is a bit out of own way but they have everything we need, the gate requires access code to get in and out.

In a world where products and companies are either similar or comparable within competitive markets there are very few ways to stand out as an establishment let alone an individual. Seldomly am I given a level of service that removes the image of BIG BUSINESS and gives me that comfortable feeling of OLD where branches are close knit with their customers and relationships are built on a foundation of mutual respect and understanding. What KENT provided me was less of a service and more of a memorable experience. He extended his self in ways he did not have to and was upfront about the services he provided. Clear and concise all whilst being personable, human and relatable. I will forever be grateful for the courtesies he extended that day. If I could have a kent at all of the establishments I frequent, I would go in each day knowing I have a capable and friendly encounter waiting for me upon entering. On behalf of the individual I was with that day and the countless others you have assisted but have yet to leave you a review. Thanks for standing out and being you. Never change my man 🤝
