Checking in was made super easy! Lock and key were waiting for me at my unit. Unit was cleaned and ready to go. Kris gave me a call today to let me know I can keep my lock, she was very polite and helpful and got me to download the app!

The 5 stars is for Kylie not the location itself. I’ve dealt with the same issue two or three times at this property with my storage door some how dented in looking like a break in and not able to access my belongings. Kylie didn’t hesitate to drive to this location to check it out. She then moved me storage units to make me feel my belongings were safer. She physically helped me move all my belongings into a new unit. This woman needs a raise!! Thank you so much for your kindness & professionalism Kylie!!

Went to go get my stuff out of storage and everything got stolen. All I was left was two polos cover in an air mattress took my bag which had all my family pictures in there from family members who have passed away my mom‘s belongings, my brothers belongings and my niece belongings, as well as took a AR 22. $3000 in cash in a PAC bank envelope that I was adding on to, so when I get my place, I can buy furniture in my coat bag my winter clothes and my coat that is a shame that they do not fix the drywall in their facility that should be fixed correctly instead of sticking boards up with little bitty screws in it that People can pull off. I really feel that this is an inside job. You would have to take everything out individually, even the bag, someone has to have a key up there.
