Public Storage

We had an excellent experience at public storage today because of Cindy. Sure was patient, courteous and friendly. The place is also very well maintained. Fantastic service overall. Highly recommend them. Cindy is great at her job and it shows! Thank you Cindy!

I haven’t often had a good experience at Public Storage facilities in the past, but I had a great experience at the Whatney location, mostly because Jennifer at the front desk was amazing at her job and also kind and welcoming at the same time. Not something you always get. Great customer service, and the online promotion’s can be good at times.

Cindy provided me with customer service. I felt like I was treated like a human as opposed to just a number. It’s so rare these days. She is a keeper!! She is very knowledgeable. I thought she was a manager. She definitely should be in a leadership. She is wonderful!
