Had a situation happen to which had me stressed out at the moment but as soon as I went to the front office, I spoke with Beatriz about my situation which partly was about my keys lost and thank god someone brought them in and got them back another was my door lock was jammed and she went up and beyond to fix my problem she really came in clutch that day for me stress levels went down once she resolved my problems. Thank you Beatriz you are amazing :)
