Recently, at the Lake Mary location, Susan helped us with finding an available storage unit that would suit our business needs and she certainly went above and beyond in regards to customer service. She was so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We are new customers and very happy with the experience.

I had a great experience at this location Rylee was super friendly and helpful the whole time! She made the process really easy and explained everything clearly. I felt taken care of and didn’t have to stress about a thing. Definitely appreciate the great customer service — highly recommend!

How hard is it to mess up a storage unit business? Public Storage is getting 1 star from me for two reasons: I clearly reserved a 5x5 storage unit and was given a 5x5 locker instead. The contract doesn’t say “locker” anywhere. When I moved in, I couldn’t reach the property manager, so I was forced to just go with the locker. Later, the manager called and admitted it should have been a unit and that I could switch if they find one available. That’s a ton of extra work for their mistake, and they should have gotten this right the first time. After a few months, my bill suddenly jumped up by $15 with no explanation. No email, no justification—just a higher bill. I tried calling the property manager again and just left a voicemail. It really feels like they’re quietly sneaking in an increase hoping people won’t notice. It's hard to mess up a storage business, but I definitely would not recommend this one.
