Public Storage

Started with storage rent being $45 a month, walked in and was horrified by the mildew smell, but it was $45 so whatever. Then they boosted up to $80. By then it was more work than it was worth to switch. I was irritated but let it go. Now they want to charge me $100 during winter for their mildew and worn down storage. They were probably hoping it was too cold for me to grab my things and leave. I was out as soon as I got another storage unit set up. Also they can't even get that fire detector fixed and it's been damaged for over a year.

The property manager James is the best public storage employee I have dealt with. He knows his job and gets it done fast. The property is well kept, safe and secure. I highly recommend his location.

Very helpful. I can tell that he really cares about the customer. He made my unit transfer easy and it was a good experience. I was thinking about storing my stuff somewhere else but he helped me find a way to make it work by just downsizing and staying at this facility.
