The guy helping us was awesome and friendly. He was knowledgeable and had personality which no one does. We had a 4 hour rental. Picked up truck at 3pm. Used the truck for 2 hours and returned the truck. Went maybe 10 miles. The truck was great, ran well drove smoothly was nice. We even put in $10 of gas to fill it back up. They still charged me $27 for filling up gas and $20 for an after hour check in. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I used to work for uhaul corporate and wow they have come along way. No wonder they are all HIGH and mighty.

Excellent Service from Itzel & Roy! I had a great experience at the storage unit facility thanks to the outstanding help from Itzel and Roy. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. Itzel made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions clearly and walking me through the rental details with patience. Roy was also extremely helpful—he assisted with the unit setup and made sure everything was clean, secure, and ready to go. They both worked as a great team and really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

This i s the worse storage place in Los Angeles. The hours suck and the staff working here goof off and are literally never in the office when you need them. I suggest go elsewhere. Its literally 10:53am and they've been gone for hours.
