Regina is truly one of those rare people who make you look forward to coming in. My family and I will only use this location because of her, and we recommend it to everyone! The facility itself is spotless, feels safe, and the Olympic & Sawtelle location is great — close to shops and restaurants. James, the rep at the front desk was amazing! I had issues getting in, he helped. I had a problem with my key to the unit, he helped. I cut my arm during the process, he helped dog up some first aid. He is a fantastic representative of Public Storage!
