Public Storage

I'm so glad I found this Public Storage location near my new home. The on-site manager, Mario, has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. When I first stopped by to look at the property and available storage spaces, he took the time to show me several units so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. On moving day, he was there again to help make the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his attention to customer service - he's friendly, professional, and has greeted me with a smile every time I've visited. I've very grateful for such a positive experience

Great experience at this Public Storage location! The facility is super spacious, clean, and feels very secure. Mario helped me out and was amazing—friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The location also has great security measures in place. Even though it’s in DTLA, I still feel confident that my belongings will be safe here. Definitely recommend!

I was definitely feeling overwhelmed being my first visit but the property manager Mario walked me through everything and explained everything in detail and even walked me to my unit. He’s very helpful and very nice and the place was super clean. They had carts to help you move your stuff and an elevator. I’m very happy with the experience
